As the nation watched and waited for election results, Senator Kamala Harris stayed true to her style aesthetic. Each night this week following election day, presidential candidate Joe Biden spoke at the Chase Center in Wilmington, Delaware, with his running mate at his side.
Wednesday night the senator was in a maroon-ish suit with matching shell or top underneath in what looked like a silk charmeuse fabric. Her jewelry included her gold bead necklace; I was unable to see the earrings worn that evening.
Thursday night she wore a black suit with a black top, her black pearl necklace, and matching earrings.
Embed from Getty ImagesAnd Friday night she chose navy blue with a deep fuchsia blouse. I don’t believe this is the Altuzarra suit we saw on the campaign trail. Friday the senator’s jewelry included her black pearl stud earrings.
The suits look identical but they are not.
All feature a single-button jacket with flap pockets and one welt pocket and notch lapels. The jackets are slightly different; pockets on the maroon jacket are angled, while those on the black and navy jackets are not. The trousers on the maroon and black suits appear to have a fairly straight leg; the navy blue trousers look like a wider cut.
Each night Ms. Harris wore her signature bracelets, an American flag pin, and point-toe pumps, perhaps her Manolo Blahniks. If I learn any other information about the designer of the suits or tops I will update the post.

Could you tell us more about the bracelets? As an Indian American, I’d love to hear if they are linked to her South Asian heritage. CNN reported that she wears a gold bracelet (or bracelets?) with a lotus on it (the meaning of her name)–is that these?
Hi, Peela, and thanks for the question. I don’t have tons of info on her bracelets yet, I’m sorry. There is at least one bangle she wears that looks like it is set with small diamonds. She also wears a couple of pieces with medallions. One may be an AKA (Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority) piece, but I haven’t been able to find enough hi-res pics to be sure. It’s something I’m continually looking for, though, and I’ll update in a post and/or on the Jewelry ID page a soon as I have more info . 🙂
