For several years, the Vice President has worn a pair of Timberland boots. You see her in the style in October 2019 during an Iowa campaign stop.
The Kenniston Sneaker Boot is a lightweight style with eight eyelets, a padded collar, athletic-style sole, and interior padding made with 50% recycled plastic bottles. The leather is “from a tannery rated gold or silver for environmental responsibility by the Leather Working Group, a multi-stakeholder auditing group.”
The Kenniston is no longer available. There are other ‘sneaker style’ boots available like the Skyla, but most look more like sneakers than boots IMO.
