The Vice president has been seen wearing an ivory blouse with tiny black hearts on it by L’Agence. It very much looks like a piece from the brand’s s/s 2019 collection, the Nadine Ruffled Hearts Blouse (now $94.99, originally $275).
The blouse is made of viscose and features vertical ruffles down the front with frayed, unfinished edges on either side of the placket. It also has a split collar, button-front and buttons at the cuff, and a shirttail hem. In the photo L’Agence shared on Instagram, you can see the heart blouses on the right.
