Vice President Harris wears many pieces by Lafayette 148 New York, a brand founded and run by women, and named after the address in Soho where the company was launched.
Below you see her in the Digby Blazer ($898) when campaigning in October 2020 at the Central Florida Fairgrounds.

Worn multiple times on the campaign trail, the Digby is a menswear-inspired piece in a dark teal (officially called ‘mountain blue’). The hip-length blazer is crafted of 95% wool/5% Elastane in a straight cut with an open front, vee neckline, flap pockets as well as a jetted ticket pocket (on the right side above the flap pocket), and a back vent.

Below, a closer look at the two pockets on the garment’s right side, and the four buttons at the cuff as seen on Ms. Harris and in the product photos.

The Vice President’s practice of buying a style in multiple colors is evident in her collection of the brand’s Luxe Charmeuse Reversible Perla Blouses ($328).

The Perla is 100% silk, with a scoop neck, shirttail hem, and it reverses from a shiny surface to a matte finish. The Vice President appears to be wearing the navy Perla in her official White House photo.

Another design we have seen from the brand, the Cecile Tie-Neck Blouse ($498 originally, on sale at $124). Below you see Ms. Harris wearing the piece at a November 2020 briefing.

The Cecile is made of matte silk.

It features a concealed front placket, blouson sleeves, shirring at the forward-placed shoulder seams, button cuff, and the distinctive tie-neck bow.

It appeared Vice President-elect Harris wore the blouse for day two of the Senate Judiciary Committee’s hearing on the Amy Coney Barrett Supreme Court nomination.
