The Piped Tweed Jacket and matching trousers are pieces seen beginning in 2015, if not earlier. Below, then-Senator Harris in the jacket at the Lincoln Memorial.
The jacket is constructed of lightweight tweed; its most distinctive design element is the black piping on the shawl lapels, patch pockets, and seams. Below, you see it with the matching skirt. (I have not found a product photo of the trousers.)
