Vice President Harris wears the Marcelina Draped-Neck Silk Blouse by Gabriela Hearst in at least two colors, possibly more. She is seen wearing the design in chocolate silk on the October digital cover of Vogue.
Ms. Harris has also worn the design in white. You see her wearing it in this photo from the Vice President’s speech at the Ellipse in Washington in late October 2024.
The Marcelina Blouse ($1590) is 100% silk with a high, draped neckline, blouson sleeves, self-covered buttons at the shoulder, and buttons at the cuff. Below, it is shown in Bordeaux, a color we have not yet seen the Vice President wear.
