The Vice President has a broad selection of black suits and separates. I believe this Dolce and Gabbana jacket has been added to the mix.

The Single Breasted Blazer ($2795) is constructed of stretch virgin wool (there is a touch of spandex in the fabric), and it features many of the Vice President’s favorite design elements: a single-breasted silhouette, notch lapels, flap pockets, including a ‘ticket pocket’ on the right side. It also has a double-back vent and silk lining. Ms. Harris has had the original buttons changed to a plain black style.
The jacket is almost identical to the grey micro-check design worn by Ms. Harris.
I think the Vice President may have been wearing the High-rise Straight Wool Crêpe Pants ($556, originally $795) that match the blazer.
They are made of the same 99% virgin wool/1% spandex blend, and showcase a straight leg with side slit pockets and front zipper.
